An environmental fee of approximately $9.50 per day applies. Additionally, rentals are subject to an additional occupancy tax that vary by unit size. The fee is approximately $4/night for Studio units.

A housekeeping fee of up to $88 (subject to change) may apply depending on how the reservation was booked.
