Rentals are subject to an environmental fee of approximately $9/day as well as a hospitality tax of approximately $16/night for two-bedroom units.

All units have ocean views & "oceanside" units are closer to the ocean.

All two-bedroom units are adjoining one-bedroom + studio unit "lock-offs."

A housekeeping fee of up to $88 (subject to change) may apply on certain two week, lockoff units depending on how the reservation was booked. Please contact the owner directly for additional details.

Building corridors under renovation through November 30th. Construction noise and activity can be anticipated.
