Sit on the couch or chairs in the living room or lay on the master bedroom king bed (or twin chairs) and watch/listen to the surfers in this oceanfront 2 bedroom condo. Unit 103 has the best of the timeshares parking spot out front. Exta parking spot in back for ~$60/week) BBQ on roof, laundry on south end of floor. Beach and boardwalk access out front. Although this unit could accommodate 8 persons, owner considers 6 to be the maximum reasonable number of people in the unit.

This is an amazing place and all about location. In the heart of Pacific Beach and right on the boardwalk. If you are looking for the Ritz, this is not it. It is more laid back - with a great casual beach vibe and is perfect for couples or families. There are only 2 floors of timeshares here and the rest are privately owned. My family has owned here for years and I love it. I also love having secure parking for one car. Parking is tight around Pacific Beach, so this is huge bonus. You just can't beat being right on the beach in a prime vacation spot.

The only beachfront high-rise (over 3 stories) on San Diego's Pacific Beach. Walking distance to Crystal Pier and many restaurants. Located just south of La Jolla's shopping and restaurant district. Capri by the Sea is about 20 minutes from the San Diego airport, downtown San Diego, Old Town Mexico restaurant district, and Seaport Village. No better year-round weather found anywhere else in the world.

I inherited this timeshare from my mom, and we used it yearly until the pandemic. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the resort seems to do a good job of maintaining furnishings and appliances. My husband and I are finding it increasingly difficult to travel and we have agreed that it's time to let someone else enjoy this wonderful vacation opportunity.

The staff we've encountered has always been pleasant and helpful, but we've had so little reason to contact them that it's difficult to give a better-than-average rating.

We rented a unit in 2009 and again in March 2011 and again this coming Dec. The very best rentals we have found in SD. They are close to just about everything, very clean and up to date. We don't want to stay anywhere else WE LIKED IT SO MUCH, WE BOUGHT ONE.

Incredible ocean front views, safe, clean, spacious, easy access to beach, restaurants, parking, sea world, balboa park, Legoland. Perfect for families!

Awake to the sound of the waves crashing, right outside of your balcony. This condo is oceanfront and a short walk to the beach. Situated on the boardwalk and just steps to the historic Crystal Pier. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance, makes this rental a relaxing and invigorating experience. Free onsite parking, easy check in, pool/hot tub access and a BBQ on the roof, helps to round out the amenities. A week here is like staying in paradise!

Great location and views! Rooftop bbqs with 360 degree view of San Diego area. Only steps to the beach and boardwalk. Covered parking. Minutes by car to downtown San Diego, La Jolla, Old Town and Sea World.

Best location in Pacific Beach. Right on the water and everthing you need/want within walking distance. Hard to rent though because it is never available. We love this place!!!!

This place is wonderful. Lots of room, beautiful furnishings, everything we could want. The view is fabulous. Watch surfing right out your sliding doors. Parking is just fine for any car size. Very secure with guards 24 hrs. We would love to come back again. SeaWorld very close. Pacific Beach community is right here with lots of restaurants, shops, boardwalk. Ralph's is a great Grocery store and takes Safeway cards for shopper values. Wireless internet. We were so pleased with our RCI trade. We were in unit 210.

Stayed there last summer with another couple. Fantastic view of the pacific ocean. The beach is right outside your door. Very confortable 2 bedroom and 2 bath unit nicely furnished with a full kitchen. Would highly recommend!

great location, best beach in southern California, decent ammenties, good pool and one parking space assigned in an area where ther is no street parking.

This is a great facility. Each condo is individually owned, so the decor varies. Some condos are great, some are OK. The location is superb, superb. Right on the ocean. Excellent location with beach access. Perfect for families.
