I have been an owner at Grand Lodge on Peak 7 since 2009! Breckenridge offers approximately 100 restaurants and unique shops. It also possesses wonderful year around benefits! I no longer ski, so fall is the perfect time to hike, ride bikes, golf and witness the changing of fall colors. Simply put, being with nature feeds my soul.
This resort is amazing! It's ski in ski out on one of colorado's best ski resorts. They have a free shuttle into town that runs every 15 minutes. It has 3 movie theatres you can reserve for the whole family. There's indoor/outdoor pool and multiple hot tubs and a water slide for the kiddo's. Great restarant onsite as well.
Such a great stay! Amazing mountainside pool area, game room, movie theaters free to reserve, hikes out back door, dog friendly, free gondola to town and coffee shop , restaurants, and more near condo.
The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 is such a beautiful lodge, and steps from skiing and hiking! Gorgeous mountain views, plenty for families to do at the facility, and a convenient shuttle means that you can enjoy what downtown Breckenridge has to offer without the hassle of driving and parking on Main Street. Families can also take the free BreckConnect gondola to Peak 8 to enjoy the Epic Discovery Summer Park. We love this place!
Grand Lodge on Peak 7 is one of the best ski-in/ski-out properties in Breckenridge. The location right at the base of Peak 7 provides incredibly easy access to the lifts at Breckenridge Ski Resort, making winter stays especially convenient. The one-bedroom residences are spacious and comfortable, with full kitchens and fireplaces that make it feel like a true mountain condo rather than a hotel. The pool and grotto hot tub area is a standout feature and perfect after a day of skiing. Overall, it’s a beautiful resort with excellent amenities and a fantastic location for a Breckenridge ski vacation.

The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 is unbeatable—being able to walk straight out to the Independence SuperChair makes the whole trip feel effortless.
The rooms are very high quality and feel more like a comfortable mountain home than a timeshare. They are well‑designed and have everything you need. The staff are consistently friendly and quick to help, which really adds to the experience.
We also love the amenities. The hot tubs and pools are perfect after a day on the slopes. For the grown-ups the adults‑only grotto is a great sanctuary. The movie theatres are a family treat. Even on non‑ski days, there was plenty to do without feeling crowded or chaotic.
Overall, it’s the kind of place that makes you relax and just enjoy the moment.
Gorgeous resort that has all of the amenities! Free and easy access to downtown Breckenridge. Great trails within walking distance. Beautiful fall foliage with the aspen trees in full color. Great outdoor recreation with hot tubs, pools, grills, theater, and game areas. Garage parking. Well appointed lobby area with seating and conversation areas. Very helpful concierge onsite to help with planning your time in Breckenridge.
Incredible location and resort. Right at the base of the mountain and full service amenities including full service spa, restaurant, hot tubs, pool, movie theater, game room, workout room, etc.
Breckenridge is a great place to visit all year round. For anyone who loves the mountains in Colorado. The only reason i am selling my units is that as a senior citizen I now need to move to sea level to be closer to my support system.
Wonderful mountain resort! Walk out to ski runs and hike up, down or across Breck resort. The pools and hot tubs are amazing. And the town of Breck has everything you want from casual dining to fine dining. Enjoy the free gondola from resort to town and no need to drive your vehicle. Free shuttle at night as well! We love this resort and have been staying here since 2009!!
Peak 7 is a fantastic place to stay, especially in the Summer. Shuttles and gondola run daily. We own in the Summer because we enjoy the weather so much. We own two other timeshares in Breck and really don't use three of them anymore.
Absolutely perfect ski in/ski out location at the base of Peak 7. The best pools and hot tubs in all of Breckenridge, Convenient ski locker, free shuttle to town.
My favorite time of year to go here is Valentine's weekend. Something romantic about skiing down the slopes with flakes in the air. I can't wait to be back go grand Lodge on Peak 7!

This is a wonderful ski in - ski out resort! A ski locker just inside the door from the slope and a parking space inside the parking garage make this super convenient! Numerous other amenities!
This luxury ski-on, ski-off Grand Lodge on Peak 7 Resort is steps from the Independence Superchair. The spacious 1,200 sf, two-bedroom residence provides the perfect accommodations for up to 8 people. It features indoor heated parking, a ground floor locker room with only a few steps to the snow, outdoor hot tubs and an indoor/outdoor pool as well as private movie theaters. Breck Sports is next door to the Grand Lodge as well as the ticket window and there is an on call free shuttle to town and back. Awesome place for a hassle free vacation with family or friends.
