This is a family oriented resort with great amenities steps to the beach . With a disabled family member the accessibility is ideal. We have a great week but is also a week often filled with graduations and weddings so we are disappointed when we are not able to make our annual return in any given year.

This is a nice family resort with kids pool, full size pool, 6 pickleball courts, 6 tennis courts, basketball court, bike rentals, gym, fire pit, 4 gas grills, and a great beach!

I grew up going to the Island Club and didn't know how lucky we were to be staying at a resort ON the beach, with so many activities for kids, including THREE POOLS, and a short walk or drive to restaurants and shops. It's truly a dream vacation!

I love The Island Club! We've been going there for decades. I love the easy access walking to the beach. They also have bike rentals on site, tennis courts, basketball courts, and trails to enjoy. There are also solid golf courses everywhere!

Beautiful, oceanfront resort! Tennis lovers paradise! Especially great for families, and, of course couples will love all of the fine and casual seafood dining surrounding the area! Love the pool also! Biking the beach and miles and miles of bike trails on the island is a delightful and unique opportunity here!

Great dining, shopping, golf, sunrise/ sunsets, beautiful beaches, 9 tennis courts, pickle ball, basketball courts, bike rentals 3 swimming pools work-out facility.

Love this place. It's quiet; isolated. The Beach great. Located middle of island; everything nearby. It has everything you need. Love it.

I have owned for ten years and have enjoyed every year. Great board of directors and have been dedicated to consistent upgrading and managing the annual budget. Best location on the island with direct beach access.

Beachfront resort with pool , tennis , pickle ball , fishing , and family games/ playground. It is a Gold Crown resort RCI which rarely becomes available during beach season . A resort with great accessibility for the beach and pool . An ideal spot for a multi-gen gathering . Our family’s happy place for more than a decade .

Island Club is a gated resort with well maintained grounds and staff to address any needs. I have been coming to this resort for over 40 years. We have enjoyed the ease of walking to the pool and beach with our little ones who now invite their own friends.

The units are not fancy but are clean and have been maintained/updated throughout the years.

There is a beautiful deck area nearby with a playground as well as a grilling area with multiple grills and a fireplace for families to gather. Island Club is an affordable, beachfront vacation for your family!

Super location on the beach! Roomy unit and great amenities both in unit and on the resort grounds. You will have a great time and will want to return again. Enjoy your visit to Hilton Head!

A fun, family-oriented resort. We started annual vacations here when my kids were little, and now they continue tradition with their children.

Island Club complex is a wonderful gated family get away location with a feeling of privacy. One of very few HH timeshares located on the beach. The units are older, but well maintained. Not as plush as newer and more expensive developments, but very comfortable. Ample amenities: Tennis, pickleball and handball courts. Basketball court, bike rentals, lagoon for fishing, workout room in tennis center, and on the beach for beach activities. Discounted golf options close by. I have owned here for over 30 years. Not unusual for three generation families vacationing in the area.

If you enjoy a comfortable and friendly atmosphere for your vacation week, Seawatch is the place to be! The condo is roomy and well-stocked, the staff is responsive and kind, and the activities are geared towards family and couples alike. The grounds are well-kept, and the beach is right there. No long walks or hassle.

Week 37 is mid-September when crowds are gone and the weather and water is still warm and sunny.

One of the older resorts on Hilton Head located near Port Royal and right on a great stretch of beach. My first time there and not knowing what to expect I found it very well kept up with charm and hospitality not found with Marriott and other resorts on Hilton Head. A meet and greet held each week for all Sea Watch guests with burgers, hot dogs, sodas and other drinks, chips and all the fixins..... all compliments of the resort. It's a great time to relax and get to know other guests while resort staff man's the grill. Very near to Port Royal Golf, shopping, groceries, and other Hilton Head points of interest with tennis available on grounds, a great pool and fishing in the lagoon. Very friendly and accommodating staff. It was a most enjoyable week.

Island Club has been our family favorite for several years. We've stayed in many places in Hilton Head and elsewhere, and nowhere have we found a beach so beautiful or people so accommodating and pleasant. We are disappointed to have to sublet our week this year due to a family illness.

We have brought children of varying ages to the Island Club, and it is safe and fun for all.

The villas are furnished with luxury and consideration for the needs of the guests, and the grounds are impeccably maintained.

So much to do- or not do! Enjoy the best vacation you've had in years. Highly recommend!

Prime beachfront condo with each unit very well equipped. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Very pleased with the resort and the management.

This is a great place to take a family. Right on the beach with pool and tennis courts on the property. Very comfortable accomodations with a full kitchen, including a washer/dryer.

This is a beautiful resort, and we have been to many in the past ten years. We loved being on the ocean and spent time there everyday. We were there from Feb.4-Feb.11, 2006. Very clean units and we liked having a cordless phone in the unit. The only minus was the fact that the internet system wasn't good and kept knocking us off line. The one at the Welcome Center worked fine though, but was pricey.

We greatly enjoyed the beach view and the resort was in great shape. Unit was well maintained and we LOVED IT!
