Marriott's Grande Ocean Notices

Marriott's Grande Ocean does not guarantee ocean view units. Views are categorized as Courtyard or Close To Beach. Resort may upgrade or downgrade views therefore, the building location may change.

Two-bedroom units sleep a maximum of eight guests. Bedding may vary between 1 King/2 Queen/1 Sleeper Sofa or 1 King/1 Queen/2 Sleeper Sofa.

Some reservations will receive a complementary view upgrade. All upgraded views are subject to change.

Elevator enhancements underway through July of 2026. Two elevators to close at a time for each building's renovation, please anticipate construction noise.

General building renovation underway through March of 2025. Construction-related noise and activity can be anticipated.

Onsite parking is approximately $25/day per vehicle. The fee may be waived for guests of owners.

Units received may differ from those depicted in photos. Amenities and bedding may vary.
