An additional nightly tax, service charge, energy surcharge, and environmental levy will be added to the guest's final bill. The nightly charge may range from $19 - $32 USD/night based on unit size.

Areas of the resort between the guest buildings and administrative office will be undergoing renovation through December of 2026. Construction-related noise and activity may be experienced.
