Marriott Newport Coast does not guarantee any owner or guest a specific unit view. Units and views are assigned at check-in. In addition, not all buildings have elevators.

No mid-stay housekeeping will be provided for stays of 7 nights or less. A complimentary cleaning will be provided on stays of 8 nights or longer. The following fees will be charges for guests requesting the following services during their stay: Linen change: $30, Tidy clean: $50, Full clean: $105 (subject to change).
