Phase will be assigned at check-in. The reservation could be Bay Vista, Coral Vista, Sunset Bay or Virgin Grand. Bedding may vary depending on the phase.

Unit bedding may vary.

USVI government will assess a $25 per night, per villa Usage Fee to vacation ownership guests. This fee is based on the villa being occupied and will be added to the guest folio at check-out.

A housekeeping fee of up to $88 (subject to change) may apply depending on how the reservation was booked.
