By submitting this full-service rental application, you agree to the following:
- You authorize RedWeek to contact your resort on your behalf to confirm reservation details.
- RedWeek will run your full-service rental posting from the point we confirm your reservation up until it rents, or 10 days prior to the check-in date.
- Upon notification that rental proceeds have been funded, you agree to change the name on your reservation to your renter's name, by contacting your resort directly in a timely manner.
- If your week becomes unavailable for any reason, you will notify us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we contact you with an offer, and the week is no longer available for any reason, you will be responsible for the $99 service fee.
- You understand that RedWeek's partner, DepositGuard, will be handling the lease generation and rental payment disbursement. Your final payment will be disbursed the first business day after the check-in date, barring any material disputes, as outlined in DepositGuard's terms.
- The default cancellation policy for your renter will be as follows: If renter cancels at least 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total rental amount will go to the owner as a cancellation penalty, less agreed-upon fees. For cancellations within 60 days, the penalty is 100% less fees.
