Northwoods Club of Lake Placid Reviews & Ratings

This is a hotel setting and has very plain rooms. It is right in the middle of town and all the activites. It also includes parking which can cost most places. They have great food in two resturants with a discount if you are staying there. The 2 bars are really great with hugh tv`s. There is a suttle to Ski areas. This is now under new management and being improved each day.

Things are looking up at Northwoods....... now that it is under new ownership & management! I rate it 3 stars for now but expect it to improve with time, eventually becoming a very desirable place to stay in Lake Placid!

Very Bad resort. Should not be a resort at all. Lacks even basic hotel facilities. Very old building . Not maintained properly.
