What does high season mean on the timeshare resales?

I own a week 51 and a week 52 fixed weeks. So all the weeks are called high season? 1-51 Usually the adds say floating week.....I just recently saw a listing that said high season.

Weeks 1-51 are high season at Marriott's Maui Ocean Club (Platinum weeks).
