Are these all Suites at the Molokai, Maui and Lanai Towers?

Yes - all units posted under the Marriott's Maui Ocean Club resort page will be located in either Molokai, Maui or Lanai tower. Units located in the Lahaina or Napili towers have separate resort pages on RedWeek.
