What is the difference between a garden view and an island view at Maui Ocean Club ?

Are all "garden view" one bedroom condos on floors one and two or isthere any on the upper floors at Marriotts Maui Ocean Club ?

Garden view offers a view of the resort grounds, gardens and foliage.Island view offers a view of the island's mountains and faces away fromthe ocean.
