Have stayed here multiples times. Great location on Canal St., next to The Roosevelt Hotel and across from the Ritz-Carlton. Love the addition of the second floor balcony available to all guests. The Roosevelt Bar in the building is great and historic, rooms are comfortable and recently renovated. One block to Bourbon Street. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!!

We just got back from a great vacation here. From the minute we arrived, the staff was very cordial and friendly. We purchased this sight unseen, so we were pleasantly surprised that we made a good choice. We love New Orleans and plan to return every year in the early spring. Our loft unit was very comfortable (for 2). The location is great! We walked everywhere, didn't even rent a car. Because of it's historic atmosphere, you really do get the New Orleans flavor. It was so quiet that we were surprised that the other units were also occupied. The staff is top notch! We can't wait to go again.

Great location and staff, who worked hard to please. Their attn to guest detail made for a comfortable visit. The new all marble bath with plenty of shelves for my wifes stuff was a major convenience. We loved the hardwood floors and the LCD televisions, esp the one in the bathroom. They also have three free parties each week with great advice on what to do and see plus free local food and drink. We learned that the resort is sold out and the developer paid off the mortage so nobody chased us around to buy anything.

We own at this resort and spend our week here every year. It's not in the French Quarter but convenient to it. There is parking across the street. It's not the quality of the Quarter House but still a nice place to spend your vacation.

Just cross Canal Street to the French Quarter...close to all the best New Orleans has to offer tourists. Undergoing complete renovation from ceiling to floor. Can't wait to get back to see my updated unit!

This is an older resort that is presently being refurbished, if you don't mind a little dust, this is more than made up for by the attentiveness and friendliness of the entire staff.

The rooms are "Old World" charm with meticulous attention paid to period detail.

I feel that this resort is a "must stay" in the New Orleans area.
