is there parking? is there a parking or resort fee?

Parking is free, but they do try to limit you to two cars per villa. One gets a pass CLOSE to the room and the other pass is for the garage next to the main complex (activity area). The idea is that as the villa sleeps 8 easily (we did 10 one year) it is typically two families - two cars etc.

Free parking if using/renting an owner's reservation for 2 cars; one space at your building, plus an additional space in the parking garage located near the main building. No resort fees. We have never had a problem parking in 25+ years.
