To rent out time share at MVC Newport Coast, are out-of-state owners required to obtain a license of any sort, and/or collect and remit taxes to CA? Please advise.

Michael R. I am an out of state owner and rent multiple units at Newport Coast. I do not know of any licensing requirement in California, nor is there one in my state of Utah. I don't think you will have a problem.
