Owners may use points as well as weeks to reserve, so 1 night or more may
be able to be accommodated, including "atypical" stays like 5 or 6 nights
or more.

Most timeshare owners have a one-week interval, but you can certainly
rent for six nights. You can ask if the owner will negotiate on the rate,
or you would pay for the full week. Once the reservation is in your name,
just let the resort know you will be checking in one day late (or leaving
one day early).
