Annual maintenance fee per week of ownership?

Thank you... we really like 'Oceanside 99' in Ormond Beach. We will bewatching to see which units come up for sales. Also, we are going to rentfor a week this year, before we decide as to whether to purchase a week. We have a home in Ocala, FL... (75 miles away)... we are both committedBeach Bums. Maintenance fees are currently around $800 a year for a two-bedroom unit.
