Maintenance fees. I’m considering buying here and wonder how much maintenance fees have increased over recent years and if there are any other fees to pay such as property tax or another charge? Thanks.

$1165 for 1 bedroom week 13 has increased about $100 per year over thelast 22 years of ownership.
