Experience true luxury in this updated 2 bedroom condo that can sleep 6. Has 2 full baths, full granite kitchen and laundry facilities, pool, hot tub and BBQ area. While the condo is wonderful, the area is beautiful with 2 golf courses and walking trails nearby. You will love how easily you can get to all the fabulous beaches, eateries, and experiences Kauai has to offer. You will need a car but parking is FREE.

Really nice units, we had partial ocean view. Laundry in unit. Well stocked kitchen-even saran warp and foil. Beach equipment for day use. Didn't go to beach area below-difficult access, but wonderful public beach nearby with facilities, pic-nic tables, snorkling, and long sandy strech. Princeville is really beautiful.

Absolutely paradise ! Perfectly located in Princeville, on a bluff 400 foot above the ocean, walk out to see whales & waves ! Paradise meets comfort in this remodeled 2 bedroom, on lushly landscaped 8 acres, with a community pool & Jacuzzi ! Walk to 2 secret beaches , and within 4 miles is world class: golfing, surfing, swimming and The famed Na Pali coast . Love this private community tucked on a hidden corner within Princeville .. a true Gem !

I've been staying at the Alii Kai Resort every year since 1996. I've met the owner as well and this small resort is state of the art in every way. The units are remodeled on a regular basis and the pool area sport bbq stations and water bottle refill station. This is the perfect family resort, or couple retreat and even as a one person spiritual retreat experience.

This resort sits on beautiful sea cliffs. You are just steps from the cliffs edge to take in panoramic ocean views and you can watch whales swim below. We have visited Hawaii every year for the past decade. We have stayed at various timeshare resorts on all the Hawaiian islands and this is one of our favorites.

Low density quite resort. Close to all Princeville has to offer. Ground floor unit so no stairs involved. Two bedrooms and two baths plus sleeper sofa. Valley/mountain views. Resort is well kept and staff are very friendly. Includes a pool and a hot tub and grills on site. Kitchen stocked fairly well.

Not as new (or nice) as Alii Kai II except the ocean views are better. The building exteriors need some work.
