Do activation fees ever increase annually, like traditional maintenancefees? My sales rep said I only pay “operational costs” of $78/night for aweeks stay and an “HOA fee” of $275 every 5th year. Does any of this makesense? The wife is having buyers remorse, as most do in high pressuretimeshare sales.

It’s like the usual timeshare maintenance fee. Some contracts have itoptional. In that case the fee must be paid every 5 years, if a weekhasn’t been used by then then. So in effect, its the cost of a week.
