What is the cost for Internet and the shuttle from the airport? I can't seem to get ahold of their number.

If you include the All Inclusive, airport transfer is included. If the All Inclusive is not purchased, the Airport Transfer must be separately purchased. That can be arranged through Pueblo Bonito.
