I called the resort and as of the date of this posting the resort
provides AI for $135/adult/day and $65/child/day (this was priced for an
8 year old child so older children might be more expensive). It is
optional to buy though.

Guests renting through an owner are no longer permitted to buy the AI at
the member rate ( as of October 2023), they must pay the full price but
they are not required to purchase it to stay at the resort.

Guests (renting through an owner) have the option of paying for
all-inclusive at the owner's rate or paying ala-carte at the resort with
the option of dining at many wonderful restaurants through Cancun.
