Sweetbriar at the Water's Edge Reviews & Ratings

Wow, this location cannot be beat. It is literally right on the lake, with stunning views and the beach right out your sliding door. The furnishings are perhaps a bit dated, but it is very roomy and comfortable. Love this place in all seasons.

Just spent our first week at Sweetbriar. Loved it!! Can't beat the location, and the unit is very comfortable and functional. Isolated from Edgelake Resort, thus very quiet. Views from the unit are incredible, mesmerizing looking across the lake to the snow capped mountains. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely stunning inside and out. Sits directly on King's Beach in North Lake Tahoe. Walk a few steps to the beach, go across the street to play golf, walk a block or so into the main strret of King's Beach for shopping and eating. UNBELIEVABLE!!
