Does this resort participate in any timeshare exchange programs? Or am I limited just the property I own a timeshare in?

If your timeshare is a point week - then you can use those points at any other Holiday Inn Vacation Club. You can call owner services to find out when you can book a week that’s not your home resort - I believe it’s 10 months out.
