From the moment you step onto the property you are pampered and looked after. The staff is well trained to take care of all your needs. The food in the restaurants, including the three designed to serve dinners, is superior and first class. Unlimited beer, wine, liquor, mixed and soft drinks are extra treats. We hated leaving!!

Outstanding 5 star resort with 5 star restaurants, spa/massages and all ocean view suites, staff and service outstanding as well. Fabulous beach for walking. Best location in Nuevo Vallarta hotel zone.

Wow! Just returned June 29, 2007. Very nice resort. Stayed a week and never left the resort. Who needs to if you have everything! Fantastic 3 infinity pools and swim-up bar. My wife LOVED the Spa. Best she's been to. The three reservation and "dress decent" (no shorts) restaurants were really fine cuisine. The casual restaurant was fine too. Well worth the AI fees. While there heard a rumor that they may be dumping RCI and going exclusively with The Registry resorts group. Can't blame them for dumping RCI.....

Rooms, service, facilities, pool, food are all first rate. Very kid friendly resort as well, with daily activities for kids. Would highly recommend this resort to anyone who is traveling to Puerto Vallarta. Definitely going back.

We just returned from a fabulous stay at the Grand Velas. The staff is top notch and made sure that everyone in our party (4 adults and 4 children) felt pampered. The spa is one of the best that I have visited. It was total relaxation. I highly recommend this resort.

The service is superb; the food is magnificent, the views are incredible and the pools are simply delicious!
