All units have 3 bedrooms. The units are large and have a homey feel. The units have a gas log fireplace. Beech Mountain is the highest (in elevation) incorporated town east of the Mississippi River. When we went in August one year we had to turn the gas fireplace on in the mornings, which most people from the hot and humid south can't fathom. If you want to get out of the heat and humidity of a southern summer then Beech Mountain is the place to go. We enjoyed Beech Mountain, Cedar Village and the surrounding towns of Banner Elk and Boone. The mountains are beautiful in this area of North Carolina.
