Located on the Mayan Riviera, the Kantenah is a slice of paradise with its private beach, lush gardens with regional vegetation, and the beautiful blue water of the Caribbean. Decorated in Mayan style, the resort is an ideal place to enjoy some well-deserved relaxation time with family and friends. Or pamper yourself in the resort spa, stroll around the environmentally friendly grounds, swim in one of the seven freshwater or one saltwater pools, grab a drink at one of the bars, or enjoy some sports and recreation while playing tennis, basketball, badminton, table tennis, and more. And if that is not enough, the resort also has daily activities on the beach, nightly shows in the theater, and special activities for the children.

The Kantenah also features five buffet restaurants and nine a la carte restaurants. Cuisine styles include Mexican, Japanese, Italian, Brazilian, Asian, seafood, steak house, and more. There is also a beach bbq every Friday (reservations required) with tables on the beach and live music entertainment.
