How far apart are the ocean suites from marina hotel rooms ? can we do all inclusive for part of our trip

The hotels are across the street and about a block away from each other. They have a little jitney to drive you from one to another if you don't feel like taking walk along the water. I believe you can do all inclusive for part of trip but everyone in room must add it to room.
