I took my family here over Christmas break and wow were we blown away. The property was beautiful and all the accommodations were first class. The food at A'akat was spectacular and Kobo was the first teppanyaki restaurant I've ever been to at an all-inclusive resort! Highly recommend booking the "swim with the dolphins" excursion through the concierge....unforgettable experience. Can't wait to go back!

Ventus Ha' at Marina el Cid offers a luxurious, upscale experience compared to other El Cid properties, perfect for pampering yourself or friends and family! Excellent Service: Staff and butlers are extremely attentive, helpful, and going above and beyond - they take great pride in their work. The suites are newer, and are noted for their cleanliness and modern decor. Great Food & Drinks offerings: Guests enjoy the quality and variety of food and beverages. You have the ability to easily use facilities at the other two El Cid resorts during your stay, which adds increased entertainment and vacation value, with Ventus Ha' providing a calm retreat. Amenities include: a mix of several on-site restaurants for a variety of cultural tastes and preferences, quiet and more public pools, jacuzzis, beaches, spa, ping pong, and easy access to activities like beach volleyball at other properties.

My family and I visited El Cid in 2019 using an all-inclusive certificate and were impressed with the level of service and accommodations. The location was gorgeous, the restaurants were incredible, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We seriously felt pampered!

From the minute we stepped foot at the resort, we felt like we were at our home away from home. The attendants were prompt, courteous and went the extra mile to help us when needed. My daughter was just 8 months old at the time and was so excited by this new, exotic "world" and all the people that would come by to see how we were doing--and, of course, dote on her!

We were there for a week, but I wish it could have been longer. There was so much to do and see, and the level of service was top-notch, plus going the all-inclusive route gave us peace of mind that our daily meals were taken care of and we could relax. (On a side note, the breakfast buffet was delicious every day and we loved the variety of fresh juices.)

I highly recommend El Cid as your home away from home!
