What’s in a partial kitchen? Stove or oven? How do we know whether it has a beach view or faces another unit?

All the units have a city view and some have a beach view. The partial kitchen has a microwave, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, rice cooker, crockpot and nice size refrigerator. There is an unobstructive beautiful beach view from the infinity pool on the eighth floor (top floor).
