How the Message Box Works

When an inquiry is sent through a posting page on RedWeek.com, that inquiry is sent to the posting member's Message Box on RedWeek.com, as well as their own e-mail inbox. The posting member can choose to respond directly to the member through their own e-mail account, or use the Message Box for correspondence.

Quick Tip for Posters:

Even if you do not choose to reply to inquiries through the Message Box on RedWeek.com, be sure to check it regularly to make sure you haven't missed inquiries due to e-mail filters.

Benefits of Using the Message Box for Communications

  1. No More Lost Communications: If both parties choose to use the Message Box for communication, a copy of everything you send and receive will be stored in the Message Box. If mail filters are preventing you from receiving e-mail, or the person you are trying to contact from receiving your messages, the correspondence will no longer be lost.
  2. Reduced Clutter: The Message Box allows you to keep track of all your RedWeek.com messages in one place, free from outside spam. You no longer need to sort through your e-mail to distinguish RedWeek.com messages from e-mail from other sources.
