By submitting this application, you agree to the following: - You authorize RedWeek to contact your resort on your behalf to confirm your ownership. - You understand you will be responsible for a commission of $399 or 3% of resale price, whichever is greater, upon a successful sale. - If your week becomes unavailable for any reason, you will notify us immediately at resales@redweek.com. - You understand RedWeek's real estate agent will coordinate the closing per your requirements. Our brokers will provide recommendations, but you are free to request a specific closing or title company. - RedWeek Real Estate serves as a transactional agent in all of its purchase and sale agreements, providing representation that includes: dealing fairly and honestly with both owners and buyers, accounting for all funds, presenting all offers in a timely manner, and maintaining limited confidentiality with the owner and the buyer. - RedWeek Real Estate or its contracted agents will not be responsible for any errors or omissions made by the resort management company in the course of completing the estoppel.
