Some of the forum people have said there is a beach very close. I guess 100 yds or so is close enough. We want to be close enough to take a walk in the morning or evening without having to always get in the car. You must like it if you own. Thanks and any other info is appreciated. I'm still waiting for owner to send me rental agreement but it looks good for Sept next yr.
