Does anyone know how transferring ownership works with these folks? I noticed in our paperwork, that if we resell outside of our family, there is not only their usual transfer fee, but also, 10% of our original purchase price is assessed. How can this even be legal? We, like others, will take a loss on selling, so who absorbs this assessment? Thanks for any help. Janice
