I agree. We bought when the resort was new. The first 3 years were fine but last year and the year before were a total disappointment. The appartment was dirty, I cleaned it myself. The spa bath was disgusting with dirt coming from the jets, the bed was falling apart and there was even drawing on the walls and furniture. I would say the whole place needs a face lift FAST. When you go to the desk no one wants to know and some of the staff are very rude, but the worst thing that we have found is actually trying to make the reservation.
