How many times do people have to post "it will NOT impact your credit score"? Are you just timid? "Oh.......I don't know". We know. We did it and nothing happened. If you have paid for the initial buy-in and are now just paying maintenance fees, stop that foolishness. You're just throwing your money away. Nothing will happen to you because nothing CAN happen to you. Read closely some of the previous pages on this subject. I guess you can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink.
