I'm still confused as to why they would rather do that then just issue a credit against my bank card. It still has me wondering just what's up with that![/Q] Hi My guess is that they are stalling you, because there is a limited time period, I don't recall the number of days, to dispute a credit card charge. Send a letter to your credit card company immediately disputing the charge, so that the time period in which you can dispute the charge has not expired. If you wait, it is my opinion that the check will never arrive and the time period to file the dispute will expire. Stan.
