Please read my post above and continue to read all posts and threads on Redweek pertaining to upfront fee resale companies. That should answer your question. [Q=kathyg154] Seabreeze offered to sell my time share, but they wanted an upfront fee of $528.00 on my Visa, saying the buyer would pay all fees, but there was a closing fee of $350.00 that was not specifically mentioned.
