That is very important as all of Puerto Rico is now smoke free.[/Q] I did check PUERTO RICO this is what I found January 2006: banned smoking in the workplace, including bars and casinos. Nothing about renters not allowed to smoke. not yet anyway. Wherever you rent ask for a non smoking room , most of the big chains comply to smoke free.
