westgate resort and Spa at the Canyons.Park city

I have a 4 bedroom presidential suites at the above resort.It is afloating week every even year with 3 banked weeks.Will you please let me know if I need to make a reservation at the resort before I adevertise for rent. Thanks. Aruna A Patel.
