I was approached by this resort equity marketing about renting my time wetgate vacation villa unit. They requested for up front fee. They said that they cannot deduct from the rental as they had previous experience that owners refused to pay their fee. I have not heard from them since after payment of the fee. Have anyone had any experience with this company - Resort Equity Marketing.
