If the complaint was back ten months ago why did you make response to BBB in Oct 2006 before any complaints. Which is it! PHILL12[/Q] Phil, I'm guessing that they've had plenty of complaints prior to October 2006 and just reponded in the same manner, which is, "Too bad, but it's not OUR fault"
