Lauramae, I have looked at my contract from 1991 and it doesn't address the issue of our concern. Now, at Vistana's beach club (not dub) they had terrible hurricane go through there about 4yrs ago and had to refurbish and did charge everyone there a fee of I think $700.00. That is understandable and if you could see the beach club now they did a great job. Went there last year and was totally IMPRESSED. Alot of bang for there buck so to speak. There are many of us that have written letters to the attny gen and recieved nothing but a nice sort of form letter telling us of other people to write.
