Hi Jeff et al, I own at the Courts and my assessment is $2500. My maintenance is over $800. Is there a lawyer out there who could look at our contracts? I recently applied to the Board as was one of a few finalists. I obviously didn't get appointed although I am currently on a Board of Directors at a condominium complex in Florida and have a masters in management. I told them that the assessments were way too high. I also own a week at Orange Lake Country Club where we went through a complete renovation at no cost to the owners. I guess that the Holiday Inn group are better managers than the Sheraton ones. I'll be glad to help if anyone wants to get a group together. I own in both the Courts and the Palms and have owned for over 20 years. askelly@massed.net
