Okay, i've sold my timeshare through a different agency than Timeshare for sale best offer. Now they're refusing to refund my 'upfront' payment to list with their agency. They are claiming that fee was for the first 90 days and after that time they spent their own time and money on avertising my timeshare. Anyone dealt with them or had a similiar situation. I NEED SOME AMMUNITION AS THIS JUST ISN'T RIGHT Looking forward to some replies!!! themoorz
