Have you ever looked at eBay timeshare ads. Most require the buyer to pay some sort of closing costs and it never more than $600-$700. Off the buyers a great deal. Tell them you will sell it for $75,000, but the buyers pay the $2050 in closing costs, for a savings of almost $8000. Or ask that you use an escrow company of YOUR CHOICE to hold the money until the closing is complete. In either case, as jayjay pointed out, they will hang up the phone.
