Re: Resort Condos Plus - anyone?

First, I'm not going to drop down to your level and hurl insults at you. You've already shown me what type a person you are. So I'll just lay out my opinion and if you want to discuss the merits of your company that's fine, if you want to sling mud, then no thanks. I have no problem with people paying fees to sell a timeshare. I do have a problem with companies asking for the money via a credit card. Why are you so quick to collect the money? Most of the negative comments are from people who have their credit card charged BEFORE they receive any type of signed agreement. If your company was so "reputable", then you should let the seller use an escrow company of their choice to handle the money. Timeshare transactions have deeds that have to be recorded and they are public record. So, please tell us a few of the successful sales that have been recorded throughout the US, I'm sure one of us "unemployed" RedWeek members will have time to contact the town or county for verification.
