I posted in your other thread on costs of transport. Check that. As for food, I see no difference in bringing food in from Canada than USA. Bahamas is an independent country for the past 36 years. I would not figure that their customs dept would look at Canadian foodstuff any different than US food. I would not try fresh fruit. Frozen would be fine I'd guess.
